What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism — making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and check-ins/outs with accuracy and grace — ensuring a seamless client flow throughout the day.
- Support stylists, colorists, and spa technicians by coordinating schedules and communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant front desk area that reflects our brand’s image.
- Promote retail sales and service upgrades that enhance the guest’s experience.
- Uphold Dellaria’s high standards for service, safety, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Cosmetology School — eager to learn the business side of beauty.
- Previous customer service or retail experience (salon or spa preferred).
- Outstanding communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A positive, professional, and polished presence — with genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry.
- A “yes-can-do” attitude — flexible, proactive, and always ready to help.

The Salon Coordinator assists management run the day-to-day business of the salon/spa, specifically, but not limited to, guest scheduling appointments, guests checking in/out for services and/or retail sales. Salon Coordinator acts as a liaison between the guest and the hair stylist /technician, contributing and promoting overall salon safety, quality guest services in a harmonious and tidy work environment with a wide variety of personality types. Salon Coordinator performs the daily salon/spa operations in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and the Company.
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled and attending Cosmetology Hair School
- Retail and customer service experience required
- Prior salon/spa experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Possess a yes-can-do, team friendly attitude and takes direction well
- Love, love, love the beauty industry & project a professional and fashion-forward image
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
