The Operations Manager is the heartbeat of the salon. This is a leadership position for someone who takes pride in building strong teams, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and driving results. You set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and performance every day.
At Dellaria, the Operations Manager works closely with our Regional Management Team to ensure each salon runs smoothly, meets financial goals, and maintains the warm, welcoming environment our guests love. You support and guide our stylists and front desk staff, helping them grow, succeed, and feel connected to something bigger.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, understands how great customer experiences generate strong business results, and is ready to lead with confidence.
What You’ll Do?
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a smooth, positive guest experience.
- Coach, motivate, and develop staff so they perform at their best.
- Create a work environment that is supportive, organized, and professional.
- Drive revenue through service excellence, effective scheduling, and thoughtful team leadership.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and continued training of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, systems, and guest service expectations.
- Partner with Regional Management to plan, improve, and grow the business.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- At least 2 years of experience in management within beauty, retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings. Salon/spa experience helpful but not required.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to set expectations, guide performance, and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Warm, professional customer service approach.
- Goal-oriented with a true desire to drive growth and elevate results.
