Dellaria Leadership Survey
In an effort to improve communications within Dellaria Salons we have implemented the beginning stages of a Dellaria Employee Intranet. This site will eventually allow all employees to communicate more efficiently with the corporate office, as well as, to stay in tune with the ongoing events, promotions, products, employment, benefits etc., occurring throughout the company.
This survey is completely anonymous. There is no way for anyone to tell who submitted the survey. Please take this time to be as honest and informative as you'd like. It is the only way to improve your quality of life at Dellaria Salons.
Instructions:
- Please choose the salon you would like to provide feedback on.
- You will be prompted for a username and password.
- Use "employee" with no quotes as the username and the four-digit code on your pay stub as the password.
